VICE PRESIDENT OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

With extensive experience in the launch of early stage biotech and pharma companies, Mr. Pradhan has participated in the launch and early-stage management of over 75 startups based on technologies arising from academic institutions. He has mentored entrepreneurs in early stage product development, strategic planning, business development, research grant funding, and capitalization (both dilutive and non-dilutive).

Mr. Pradhan has worked with entrepreneurs, startups, and small businesses to assess business and technology concepts and develop or refine product development and business strategies. He has sat on the boards of numerous biotechnology startups and provides direct management for early stage technologies.

Mr. Pradhan is a frequent lecturer on technology transfer, technology-based economic development, and innovation ecosystem management. He is a member of the AUTM professional development faculty and the NCET2 Startup Development Officer Program, an initiative to assist universities, faculty, researchers, students, and entrepreneurs to develop startups.
